How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for apparel and collectibles?
We accept returns on unworn apparel and unopened collectibles within 30 days of purchase. Please note that limited edition posters are final sale.
Can I use an Alamo Drafthouse gift card for online merchandise?
Currently, plastic and digital gift cards are valid for movie tickets, food, and beverage at our theater locations, but cannot be used for online shop purchases.
How are limited edition posters packaged for shipping?
All posters are carefully rolled in acid-free paper and shipped in heavy-duty moisture-resistant tubes to ensure they arrive in mint condition.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging to initiate a replacement or refund.
